AtlasCrew for tree service

Tree Service Scheduling, Quotes & Job Records

Keep the estimate, approved tree work, crew schedule and property history together—from the first call through cleanup and the next visit.

Give the crew the context behind the address.

A street address is only the starting point. Save the customer's requested work, the agreed scope and the details your crew needs to review before arrival. The property keeps that history when another estimate or return visit is needed.

  • Which trees or work areas the Quote covers
  • Customer instructions for gates, pets and access
  • Equipment and crew assignments for the scheduled visit
  • Before, during and after photos linked to the Job
  • Cleanup, debris and stump-work details in the approved scope
  • Follow-up notes without overwriting the original work

A connected workflow

From the first call to the next visit.

  1. Step 1

Take the call and arrange the estimate

Find the customer and property, create a separate Service Request, and schedule the estimate visit. Keep the caller's description and site photos available when the estimator opens the record.

  2. Step 2

Make the scope clear in the Quote

Describe the removal, pruning or stump work as separate line items. Use your saved template, selected photos and Terms, then review the customer document before sharing it.

  3. Step 3

Plan the work and return visits

Put the Job on the Calendar, assign the crew and equipment, and keep multi-day or follow-up visits tied to that Job. Open the property on the Map when planning where the team goes next.

  4. Step 4

Document the result and invoice the work

Keep completion notes and photos beside the approved scope. Prepare an Invoice and record a payment received outside AtlasCrew so the remaining balance stays connected to the customer and Job.

Before you get started.

Can I keep stump work or another return visit with the original Job?

Yes. A Job can have multiple visits, with scheduling and field records connected to the same work. A new customer request can also be recorded separately at the existing property.

Can I make tree-work Quotes look like my company?

Use company branding and saved templates, edit the scope and Terms, and choose the photos included in each customer copy. Review the final PDF before sending it.

Does changing the customer remove the property's history?

The property is a durable record. Customer responsibility and new work can change while earlier Requests, Jobs, notes and documents remain connected to the service location.

Offline field support is in early access. Online card collection, live calendar synchronization and automatic route optimization are not available. Review current product coverage.
