1. About this policy
AtlasCrew is a live beta software service for contractors and field service businesses. This Privacy Policy applies when you visit AtlasCrew, create or use an account, participate in a workspace, contact support, or open an AtlasCrew customer link.
A business using AtlasCrew decides what customer, property, Job, and company information to enter and which authorized people may use it. That business remains responsible for its own notices, permissions, and lawful use of the information it manages.
2. Information we collect
Account and profile information
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, profile details, workspace role, company association, account status, authentication method, and security settings. Passwords and authentication factors are handled through Supabase Auth; AtlasCrew does not display your password to workspace administrators.
Company and workspace information
Workspace owners and authorized users may provide company names, contact details, service areas, branding, employees, crews, equipment, permissions, operational preferences, and other setup information.
Customer and business records
AtlasCrew stores information users enter to operate their business, including customer contacts, properties and addresses, Service Requests, Quotes, Jobs, schedules, notes, photos, documents, invoices, payment status, follow-up activity, and related history. This information may include personal information about a workspace's customers, employees, contractors, and other contacts.
Documents, media, and electronic evidence
Users may upload or create templates, PDFs, photos, logos, attachments, and other files. When a person reviews, initials, accepts, declines, or signs an electronic document, AtlasCrew may record the signer's name and email, typed or drawn signature or initials, consent text, timestamps, document version and hashes, delivery or access events, and hashed IP-address and user-agent information. This evidence helps preserve what was reviewed and the action taken.
Authentication, device, support, and operational information
We process session and security information needed to sign users in and protect workspaces. If you submit a support report, AtlasCrew may include the report text, attachments, current app route and record context, release/build version, browser and operating system, device type, viewport size, language, time zone, online status, and whether the app is installed. We also process service logs and error information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot AtlasCrew.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide accounts, workspaces, scheduling, customer and property records, documents, communication, and other requested features;
- authenticate users, enforce permissions, protect public links, prevent abuse, and investigate security issues;
- store and synchronize business records, including offline-friendly local snapshots and queued changes;
- generate, deliver, and preserve Quotes, Change Orders, invoices, PDFs, signatures, initials, and associated evidence;
- respond to support requests, diagnose defects, and improve the beta service; and
- comply with applicable law, enforce our Terms, and protect AtlasCrew, our users, and others.
AtlasCrew does not sell personal information. The current service does not use customer business records for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies, local storage, and offline use
AtlasCrew uses cookies and similar browser storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences, support the installable web app, cache selected information for field reliability, and queue supported changes while a device is offline. Clearing browser data or signing out may remove local copies or pending drafts from that device. Canonical shared records are stored in AtlasCrew's hosted systems after synchronization.
5. Service providers and integrations
We use service providers to operate AtlasCrew. Current providers and integrations may include:
- Supabase for authentication, PostgreSQL database services, and private file storage;
- Vercel for application hosting, delivery, and operational infrastructure;
- Resend for supported account and business email delivery;
- Google Maps and Places for address search, location context, maps, and directions, when configured; and
- Google and Microsoft for optional sign-in using basic identity scopes such as name, email, profile, and an account identifier.
Google or Microsoft sign-in does not give AtlasCrew access to Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft mail, or calendar content. Calendar information may be imported from a user-supplied ICS file, but AtlasCrew does not currently claim live Google or Microsoft calendar synchronization.
We may also disclose information to a recipient at an authorized user's direction, such as when sending a customer a secure Quote, schedule, photo gallery, or invoice link. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, address fraud or security, or protect legal rights. If AtlasCrew is involved in a reorganization or transfer, information may be handled as part of that transaction subject to appropriate protections.
6. Security
AtlasCrew uses measures intended to protect information, including tenant-separated workspaces, permission checks, row-level database security, private storage, scoped public links, encrypted network transport, and restricted server credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials, choosing appropriate workspace access, and promptly reporting suspected misuse.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, preserve business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. AtlasCrew is in beta, and detailed retention windows are still being finalized. Temporary uploads and certain operational records may be cleaned up on shorter schedules, while signed documents, electronic acceptance evidence, issued invoices, payment history, audit history, backups, and records a workspace must preserve may be retained longer.
Workspace owners may request account or workspace data deletion by contacting us. Individuals whose information was entered by an AtlasCrew customer should normally contact that business first; AtlasCrew will assist the business with an appropriate verified request. We may need to verify identity and authority, and we may retain limited information where deletion would conflict with law, security, fraud prevention, backup cycles, or the integrity of completed business and signature records.
8. Your choices and rights
You can update certain profile and workspace information in AtlasCrew, control authorized workspace access, choose what information to enter or share, and sign out of active sessions. Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information. Contact us to make a request; we may verify your identity, workspace relationship, and authority before responding.
9. Children
AtlasCrew is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly offer AtlasCrew accounts directly to children. Users should not enter information about children unless it is necessary and lawful for their business purpose.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as AtlasCrew changes. We will post the revised policy at this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
11. Contact us
Questions, privacy requests, and account or data deletion requests may be sent to support@atlascrew.app or submitted through the AtlasCrew contact page. You may also call 304 400 8322.
