AtlasCrew product
Contractor software that follows the work from request to finished Job.
Schedule service work, manage customers and properties, assign crews, build Quotes, document the field, collect signatures, and keep the history together.
Scheduling & Calendar
Plan Jobs, visits, and crews without losing the customer context.
Use Day, Workweek, Week, or Month views, drag scheduled work, resize duration, assign crews, and reopen the customer or Job without rebuilding your place in the Calendar.
Multi-day and multiple-visit Jobs
Keep consecutive days connected, or add a return visit next week without creating another Job.
Crew scheduling and conflict visibility
Assign color-coded crews and see overlapping active work for the same crew before dispatch.
Secure shared schedules
Share a privacy-scoped Day, Week, or Month agenda without exposing pricing, internal notes, invoices, or unrelated crews.
Job and estimate map
See scheduled Jobs, estimate stops, and service properties by location so you can group nearby work and plan a better day.
Map-to-record context
Tap a Job pin to open quick details, directions, and the connected customer, property, or Job workspace.
Honest route planning
AtlasCrew helps a dispatcher see location context. Automatic route optimization and live employee tracking are not currently advertised as available.
Customers, Properties, Requests & Jobs
Open one record and understand who, where, what, and what happens next.
A customer can have multiple service properties. New Service Requests create separate work records, while Quotes, Jobs, photos, notes, documents, and visits remain tied to the correct property.

Reusable Quote templates
Control company branding, block order, table columns, Terms, photo layout, and signature presentation without giving users unrestricted HTML or CSS.
Reorder-safe financial calculations
Add, edit, reorder, or remove line items while subtotal, discounts, fees, tax, deposit, total, amount paid, and balance remain tied to the actual numbers.
Terms and reusable clauses
Use company defaults, save common clauses, clean up existing Terms, and make deliberate Quote-specific changes without changing historical signed documents.
Documents & Digital Signatures
Send it, sign it, and keep the final record where it belongs.
Customers can review and sign a secure Quote remotely, or sign the same proposal in person on a phone or tablet. The finalized signed PDF stays connected to the Customer, Property, Quote, and Job.
Remote customer signing
Send a secure customer link with tenant-specific branding and Reply-To, then track sent and delivered status separately.
In-person and two-party signing
Collect a typed or drawn customer signature and an authenticated company representative signature when required.
Immutable signed evidence
Preserve the accepted Quote version, selected photos, Terms, signatures, signed PDF, hash evidence, and audit history.
Photos & Field Notes
Document the work without exposing the whole Job file.
Take photos from a phone, caption and categorize them, keep them internal by default, and intentionally choose which photos appear in a Quote or secure customer gallery.
- Customer, Property, Request, Quote, and Job relationships
- Before, During, and After categories
- Selected customer-visible Quote photos
- Secure standalone photo sharing

Import & Migration
Move supported business information without importing blind.
AtlasCrew uses exported files rather than pretending every product has a live connection. Data is staged, mapped, previewed, checked, and confirmed before working records are created.

Accurate product claims
What AtlasCrew is not claiming yet.
The product story should be useful without pretending every roadmap item is finished.
Invoices and balances
AtlasCrew includes atomic invoice numbers, editable drafts, protected issued PDFs, secure customer links, email delivery, PO/reference lookup, and manual payment balances. Online payment collection, refunds, and provider reconciliation remain future work.
Contracts and Change Orders
The document architecture is ready to extend, but full Contract and Change Order workflows are not advertised as complete.
Live calendar sync and route optimization
ICS file import is not live Google or Outlook sync, and mapped stops are not automatic route optimization.
