1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an AtlasCrew account, joining a workspace, using the service, or accessing AtlasCrew on behalf of a business, you agree to these Terms. If you use AtlasCrew for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. AtlasCrew service status
AtlasCrew provides software for contractor and field service operations, including scheduling, customer and property records, Service Requests, Quotes, Jobs, documents, photos, signatures, invoices, and related workflows. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the product develops.
AtlasCrew is an evolving software service. Early-access features may contain defects, change as the product improves, or be unavailable from time to time. You should maintain appropriate exports, source records, backups, and operational alternatives for information and workflows important to your business.
3. Accounts, workspaces, and authority
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding passwords and authentication factors, activity under your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share credentials or allow another person to use your identity.
Workspace owners and authorized administrators control invitations, roles, permissions, business settings, and access to workspace records. They are responsible for confirming that each user is authorized and receives appropriate access. AtlasCrew may rely on instructions from an authenticated owner or authorized user unless we reasonably believe the instruction is unauthorized, unlawful, or unsafe.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use AtlasCrew to:
- break the law, violate another person's rights, or process information without required authority or notice;
- upload malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass security or permissions, probe another workspace, or abuse public links;
- send unlawful, deceptive, unsolicited, or abusive communications;
- misrepresent identity, authority, customer approval, a signature, payment status, or business records;
- copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit AtlasCrew except as permitted by law or a written agreement; or
- use AtlasCrew in a way that creates unreasonable risk or load for the service or other users.
5. Customer and business data
You retain your rights in information and files you or your authorized users provide to AtlasCrew. You grant AtlasCrew and its service providers permission to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise use that information only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and meet legal obligations.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of customer, employee, property, Job, financial, document, photo, and contact information entered into AtlasCrew. You must obtain any notices, permissions, or consents required to collect, use, communicate, sign, or share that information. Do not place highly sensitive information in AtlasCrew unless the service expressly supports it and you have determined that doing so is appropriate.
6. Quotes, electronic documents, and signatures
AtlasCrew can help users prepare, deliver, review, initial, accept, decline, and sign electronic documents. AtlasCrew may preserve document versions, consent text, signatures or initials, timestamps, hashes, access metadata, and related evidence.
You—not AtlasCrew—are responsible for deciding whether a document is accurate, complete, enforceable, suitable for the transaction, and compliant with applicable licensing, consumer, construction, tax, employment, privacy, electronic-signature, record-retention, and other laws. AtlasCrew does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or professional advice. Generated templates and suggested language are starting points that require your review.
You must not sign for another person without authority, alter or misstate another person's response, or use electronic records where applicable law requires a different process. A technical record in AtlasCrew does not guarantee that a document or signature will be enforceable in every jurisdiction or circumstance.
7. Communications and third-party services
When you direct AtlasCrew to send an email, link, document, schedule, photo gallery, or other communication, you are responsible for the recipient, content, timing, and legal basis for the communication. Delivery, opening, or provider status may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by the recipient's systems.
AtlasCrew relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Google Maps and Places, and optional Google or Microsoft identity providers. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices, limits, and availability. AtlasCrew is not responsible for a third party's service, content, or independent conduct. Google or Microsoft sign-in currently requests basic identity information; it does not authorize AtlasCrew to access Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft mail, or calendar content.
8. AtlasCrew intellectual property
AtlasCrew and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, design, documentation, branding, and technology, excluding customer and user-provided data. These Terms give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use AtlasCrew for your internal business operations while your access is active and you comply with these Terms.
If you provide product feedback, you permit AtlasCrew to use it to improve the service without transferring ownership of your business records or confidential information.
9. Availability, changes, and suspension
We may maintain, update, secure, limit, or change AtlasCrew. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular feature, compatibility with every device or provider, or permanent availability of a beta feature.
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address security or operational risk, or enforce these Terms. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
10. Termination and data access
You may stop using AtlasCrew at any time and may request account or workspace closure through AtlasCrew support. Workspace owners control whether users remain members of their workspace. We may terminate access for a material or repeated violation of these Terms, unlawful use, security risk, or discontinuation of the beta service.
Before closing a workspace, you are responsible for requesting or retaining any exports and records your business needs. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups or where retention is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, completed electronic documents, financial history, or the rights of AtlasCrew, a workspace, or another person. The Privacy Policy provides additional information.
11. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLASCREW IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ATLASCREW DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE AGAINST EVERY THREAT, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR BUSINESS, LEGAL, SAFETY, FINANCIAL, OR REGULATORY PURPOSE.
AtlasCrew does not perform field work, inspect properties, verify measurements or conditions, supervise crews, collect online payments, or guarantee customer, contractor, employee, or recipient conduct. You remain responsible for professional judgment, site safety, regulatory compliance, record accuracy, and business decisions.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLASCREW AND ITS PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLASCREW'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ATLASCREW FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as AtlasCrew changes. We will post the revised Terms at this page and update the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not accept an update, you must stop using AtlasCrew.
14. General terms
If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent; AtlasCrew may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the agreement between you and AtlasCrew about the service unless a separate written agreement expressly applies.
